If you run it, we would like to sell it.

PackUrBag builds holidays for Indian travellers — families, honeymooners and small groups who book months ahead, travel in numbers and ask a lot of questions before they go. Everything in those holidays is bought from someone. We would rather buy it from you than from a bed bank.

Who we buy from

If a traveller pays for it, somebody supplies it. All of these are contracted directly.

  • DMCs and inbound operators

The people who already package a country. Send us your season sheet and we will tell you within a week which of your tours we can sell and what we would change to make them work for an Indian family.

  • Hotels and resorts

Contract rates by room type and season, with the child policy written down. We book direct and we name you on the itinerary, so the guest arrives knowing who you are.

  • Transfers, coaches and taxi fleets

Airport transfers and full-day touring, priced by vehicle size. This is the line item that ruins more holidays than any other, so it is the one we are fussiest about.

  • Attractions and ticketed sites

Net gate rates and, where you offer them, skip-the-queue terms. We build entrance fees into the package price rather than leaving guests to pay at the gate — so a firm net rate is worth real volume to you.

  • Experiences and activities

Cooking classes, boat days, elephant sanctuaries that meet welfare standards, balloons, diving. The things that turn an itinerary into a holiday somebody talks about.

  • Guides, restaurants and ancillaries

English-speaking guides, restaurants that can do vegetarian and Jain properly at short notice, visa and insurance services. Small lines that decide whether the rest of it works.

How we work

The whole arrangement, before you spend an afternoon on a rate sheet.

  1. 1

You send us what you run

Use the form below. Company, country, licence number, what you operate directly, and which seasons you have availability in. Two working days for a reply either way — including a no, with the reason.

  2. 2

    We ask for contract rates

If it fits, the next mail asks for your net sheet: rates by season and room or vehicle type, child policy, release period, and cancellation terms. Please do not send rates before we ask — a sheet with nobody expecting it gets lost.

  3. 3

We load it and price it

Your net rate goes into our pricing as you wrote it. We convert at the day’s spot rate plus a fixed foreign-currency margin and add our own per-night margin on top. We do not discount your rate to win a booking and then ask you to absorb it.

  4. 4

    It sells all season

Once loaded, a contract goes into every itinerary it fits rather than waiting for somebody to search for you. One good sheet works for a whole season across several packages.

  5. 5

We book direct, and we carry the customer

Bookings come to you by email with a reference, and the traveller is ours to look after — the questions, the changes, the 11pm call. You get a confirmed booking and a guest who already knows what to expect from you.

  6. 6

You get paid on agreed terms

Settled in your invoice currency on the terms we sign, remitted from India by PackUrBag. Payment terms are agreed in writing before the first booking, not discovered after it.

What we ask of you

  • A rate we can hold

Quoted for a stated season with a stated release period. A rate that moves after we have published a package is a rate we cannot use.

  • The child policy in writing

Under-5, under-12 sharing, under-12 with an extra bed. We sell to families and this is the single most-asked question. Where a supplier does not state one we apply our own — but yours will be better for you than our default.

  • Real photographs

Of the rooms and vehicles a guest will actually get, with permission to use them. This one is hard to get and it is the reason some good suppliers look worse on a page than they deserve.

  • A named person who answers

One contact who knows our file. Not a shared inbox, and not a WhatsApp group of eleven people where questions go to die.

  • Honesty about what you cannot do

If you have no availability in December, say so in October. A supplier who tells us the bad news early gets more business from us, not less.

  • Your licence

Whatever applies where you operate — a TAT licence, a tourism board registration, a transport permit. It is the first thing we check and the fastest way through the queue.

Send us your details

Suppliers and travel agents both use this form — the first question routes it. Attach your packages or rate sheet and it reaches the product desk with everything it needs.

Which are you?
Your business

One of email or phone is enough, though a licence number moves you up the queue — it is the first thing we check.

What you run

Suppliers: tick everything you operate directly, not what you can arrange through somebody else. Agents: skip this and answer the volume question.

Tell us about it

Up to 5 files, 10 MB each. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or photographs. Send the season sheet, the tour programmes, anything you already have — it saves us both an email. Files go straight to the product desk and are never published anywhere on this site. If the form comes back with an error you will need to pick them again; browsers do not let us hold on to them.

We reply within two working days. Nothing here commits either of us to anything.
